Pre-Requisites of the Third Empowerment Camp

Dear Preventers,

Greetings of the day !!!

Hope you are excited and geared up for the Third Empowerment Camp in Milan. This mail is regarding the prerequisites required  for our accountancy records. We would be requiring following documents for the travel supporting documents.

– Boarding Cards ( Scanned Copy of the Boarding Cards with details clearly visible)

-Hotel Invoices ( Kindly Ignore ,If already shared with us or In case we have booked for you  )

-Air Tickets (  Kindly Ignore ,If already shared with us or In case we have booked for you  )

-Cab / Train  invoices or Tickets (  Scanned Copy of the Cabs / Train invoices with details clearly visible)

Note : Travel Reports will be signed by you during the Empowerment Camp. For the new attendees of the Empowerment Camp ,Travel Reports is a format provided by the Funding Agency which has records of your date of departure-arrival , distance traveled etc.
