THIRD EMPOWERMENT AND MANAGEMENT CAMP , University of Milan, Italy(24th-25th February)

The third empowerment and management camp on Risk Management & Prevention of Antibiotics Resistance- Prevent IT’, a European Commission funded project, was organized by University of Milan, Italy from 24th to 25th February, 2020. Being the last intra-consortium camp meeting, pile of discussions and decisions had to happen as part of this camp. The 2-Day intra-consortium aimed at divulging the dissemination and visibility initiatives of the project, finalize action plan for Associate Researcher to achieve projects’ objectives as well as to understand the financial management of the project. A heartfelt welcome by Dr. Francesca Clerici and her team members from University of Milan enlightened our minds on first day. The gathering involved participation of intra-consortium partners from health science team, quality assurance team, finance team as well as culture mediation team. Most of the sessions were based on the methodology of group discussions followed by feedbacks. Morning half of day was dedicated to understand the goals to be accomplished during second and third year of the project. Further, the discussion on associate researchers’ role in the project as well as their training at European Universities happened. The other half of the day primarily focused on the analysis & feedback on website designed by Chitkara team followed by decisions on the content of social media campaign on ABR.

The second day was devoted to multiple activities ranging from workshops organization – publications – quality assurance – online course – financial management of the project. The morning session intended at synchronizing the execution of workshops at Indian partner organizations along with European mobility for teaching activities. An effort was made to freeze the action plan for publications with consensus in order to optimize and finalize the milestones of the project. Evening session focused on state of art of e-course development ad Establishment of the Indo-European Association. Finally, Quality assurance team tried explaining the partners about the indicators of internal quality assessment of project followed by discussion between finance team to better utilize the grant of the project for fruitful outcomes.
